COMPLETE APPLICATION

Applying is easy. Simply apply online and one of our helpful Loan Consultant will get in contact with you to finish the process. You will receive the final application to sign digitally.

ORDER APPRAISAL

Simply order an appraisal or other assessment report required through one of our approved partners. Whether or not you choose IE Lending, the reports are yours to keep. Once you order the appraisal and other required reports, we begin processing your loan.

GET FUNDED

We get you your money fast–in weeks, not months. Because we are fully funded, we don’t have waiting periods. Once your appraisal is ordered, we typically close within 21 business days. Loans are generally funded within 72 hours of closing.
